App Settings - Audio/Video (Industry Version Only)
From the settings screen, select “Audio/Video setting” to begin.
Through the app settings, you can make changes to the video settings of your PoC device.
Audio/Video setting allows you to do the following:
- Set Default camera to use when making video calls
- Set default Video resolution when making video calls
- Set Video upload number: This sets a default contact for when you need to make a video call to your dispatcher. In most cases, your company will only have one dispatcher, which will be configured by default. In the event you have more than one dispatcher, this is how you select what dispatcher is receiving your video calls.
- Auto record: When turned on, your video calls will be recorded for replay at a later time. To save disk space and data overages, leave this turned off.
- Advanced Settings:
- Video FPS - Configure Video Frame Per Second
- Echo-suppression level - see explanation on app screen.
- Noise-suppression level - see explanation on app screen.
- Video packet loss protection - see explanation on app screen.
- Redundancy of packet - see explanation on app screen.
IMPORTANT: "Audio/Video setting" is only available for Industry Version users only.
