Portable PoC/LMR (UHF & VHF) Radio

This PoC/DMR radio ensures you’re always connected with dual-mode functionality, allowing you to switch between UHF/VHF and PoC as needed. The IRC380 acts as a mini gateway for PoC to DMR in special/emergency situations (such as fire and rescue without network availability, and when DMR frequency cannot be transmitted). The voice of DMR and PoC frequencies can then be transmitted between each other.

Touch screen disable/enable switch

When screen is locked, and touch screen is disabled, unlocking is not possible. To enable touch screen when screen is locked, short press "return" before long pressing the * button.

Power on/off

  • Power On: Long press the power button for 3 seconds and the program will start.
  • Power Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds.


User Log-in

  • After the user log in successfully, user information will be broadcast.


Program

Use the programming tool, you need to enter the system settings, “Program” to start.

Initiate a Call

  • Press the PTT button and start to talk.
  • The LED light is solid red during transmission.
  • The LED light is solid green during receiving.
  • If the current network is not online, the green light flashes quickly.
  • If occupied when another person is talking, the PTT button is invalid.
  • Once the call time exceeds 60 seconds automatically end the call.


Accessories Installation

Inserting your SIM Card: SIM card slot is located under the battery compartment.

Attaching the Battery

(a) Align the electrical contact of the battery with the rails.

(b) Press the battery firmly, and make sure the electrical connection touches the bottom.


Attaching Headset

Open the cover from the top of the device to show the headset sockets. The headset will work immediately after being plugged in.
